Please be aware different insurances have different coverage so you should familiarize yourself with your particular plan. Any services rendered that are not covered by your insurance become your responsibility. We try our best to help you take full benefit of your insurance plan but ultimately disputes about coverage are between you and your insurance company.

Upon sending in pre-estimates, most insurance companies will respond within four to six weeks. Please call our office if you have not received an estimate of benefits from your insurance company within that time frame, so we can check the status of your pre-estimate.

Any remaining balance after your insurance has been paid is your responsibility. Your prompt remittance is appreciated.
