Meet the Staff
Being in a dental office can be unnerving at times and that is why Dr. Raulerson`s office staff is friendly, professional and helpful. The office has three hygienists, six dental assistants, three front desk receptionists, and one dental laboratory technician. They all have been working together as a team for a number of years and it feels like a big family. The focus of the staff and the doctors is directed towards outstanding patient care with an emphasis on making the patient comfortable and top priority.

Carol – Insurance Coordinator
Carol is one of the long-time employees, here at Raulerson Dental. She is taking care of all aspects related to our patients’ dental insurance.
Born and raised in Lakeland, FL she is very passionate about her beautiful horses, and she is very active in her community.
A cause that she truly cares about is the Lakeland Police K9 Unit. Carol is a Secretary Treasure for the Lakeland Citizen Police Academy Alumni Association, where she`s been a member since 2004.
Ron – Lab Technician
Ron is our very skilled and experienced lab technician. He has been working at Raulerson Dental for more than 30 years. One of the best in his field, the dentures and partials he makes are no less than a work of art.
Ron is a Tampa Bay native, a romantic at heart, who loves his little dog named Sadie.
Michele – Dental Hygienist
Michele is a 30-year hygiene veteran, and she spent 20+ years of that as a hygienist at Raulerson Dental Associates. She is happily married for more than 30 years and has one daughter and one grandpuppy.
Michele is the life of the party, and we must give her credit for the majority of the creative and fun ideas when it comes to contests, craft competitions and games. Did we mention that she loves to bake? We gladly volunteer to taste anything she makes. She enjoys Florida weather, reading, crafting, gardening, and spending time with friends and family.
Linda – Senior Patient Coordinator
Linda is our Senior Patient Coordinator. She has been with Raulerson Dental Associates for the past 20 years.
Linda has been in the dental field since 1984. She worked as a dental assistant for 10 years before switching to the clerical side of dentistry.
She makes our days in the office sweet, with her unbelievably delicious homemade cookies.
Linda and her husband, Dave, grew up in Minnesota. They have 2 grown children and a fluffy pup, named Murphy.
Dana- Director of Marketing & IT
Dana joined the practice in 2011 and is our Marketing and IT Director. Her passion for
information technology is utilized in optimizing technology solutions for our dental office, as
well as leveraging cutting-edge systems to enhance patient care, streamline operations, and
ensure data security. She is implementing innovative digital strategies to drive practice growth
and efficiency. In her personal life, Dana enjoys traveling, concerts, and is a big animal lover.
Erika – Lead Dental Hygienist
Erika has been a hygienist at Raulerson Dental Associates since early 2019. She is currently working part time, because when she`s not busy making smiles sparkle at the office, she`s at home chasing after her two very energetic children. She is thrilled to have found her forever dental home and looks forward to seeing you soon!

Brian – Business Manager
Brian- Business Manager. Brian proudly served in the world’s greatest, U.S. Navy, for over a decade. He is an experienced advanced dental assistant and lab technician. Graduate of Saint Leo University Master of Business Administration program.
He enjoys spending time with his Wife and kids. Avid golfer and boxing fanatic
Marissa – RDH
We are thrilled to welcome Marissa to our team of dental hygienists! A graduate of the University of New Haven in Connecticut, Marissa brings a wealth of knowledge and a passion for providing exceptional patient care. Originally from upstate New York, she loves connecting with patients and helping them achieve healthy, confident smiles.
When she’s not at the office, Marissa enjoys soaking up the sun at the beach, diving into a great book, or staying active at the gym. She’s also a proud cat mom to her adorable feline companion, Elle. Marissa is excited to meet you and make your dental visit a positive and comfortable experience!
Rose – RDH
We are delighted to welcome Rose to our team! With over 14 years of experience as a dental assistant and a degree in dental hygiene from Tunxis Community College in Connecticut (Class of 2001), Rose brings unmatched expertise and a deep commitment to patient care. Her extensive background in dentistry ensures a gentle and knowledgeable approach to helping patients maintain healthy, beautiful smiles.
Originally from Connecticut, Rose now calls the Tampa Bay area home. In her free time, she loves traveling, hiking, and boating, embracing the great outdoors whenever possible. Her greatest joy comes from spending quality time with her grandkids, who keep her smiling. Rose looks forward to building lasting relationships with our patients and making every visit a positive experience!
